This product is manufactured according to GB/T12572-2008 "Rated Voltage 0.6/1kV and Below Overhead Insulated Cables" and IEC60502 "Rated Voltage 1-30kV Extruded Insulated Power Cables and Accessories" and other standards.

Use features

2.1 Rated voltage (U0/U): 0.6/1kV

2.2 The allowable long-term work of the cable conductor does not exceed the temperature:

PVC, polyethylene insulated overhead cables: 70 ℃;

XLPE insulated overhead cable: 90℃;

2.3 In case of short circuit (the longest duration does not exceed 5s), the maximum allowable temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed:

PVC insulated overhead cable: 160℃;

Polyethylene insulated overhead cable: 130℃;

XLPE insulated overhead cable: 250℃

2.4 The ambient temperature should not be lower than -20℃ when the cable is laid.

2.5 Allowable bending radius of cables:

When the outer diameter D of the cable is less than 25mm, it should not be greater than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable.

When the outer diameter D of the cable is equal to or greater than 25mm, it should not be greater than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.

2.6 When the cable is used in the AC system, the rated voltage of the cable should be at least equal to the rated voltage of the system; when the cable is used in the DC system, the rated voltage of the system should not be greater than 1.5 times the rated voltage of the cable.
